William F. Jelin

William (Bill) F. Jelin CPA, CFA; passed away peacefully on December 29, 2024, at his home in Washington, MO.  Mr. Jelin, son of the late Frank Jelin and Vienna, nee Salo, was born in Cleveland, Ohio on July 4, 1943.

He received his education at Ashtabula High School, Northwestern University and Wharton School of Business.  His career as a Chartered Financial Analyst was one of his many enjoyments in life.  He also enjoyed sailing, flying radio-controlled aircraft, travelling, reading and watching his beloved sports.

Bill served his country honorably in the United States Navy upon completion of school.

He was united in marriage to Judith Dwyer in 1996.

Among his survivors are Stepson James S. Dwyer, Granddaughter Emily Daugherty, Grandson James R. Dwyer and Great grandson James Dwyer among other loved ones.  He was preceded in death by his parents and Stepdaughter Deanna Dwyer.

There will be no service by request.  Interment will be in California, MO, with Military Honors.
