Timothy J. Mahon

Timothy J. Mahon, 62, of Union, passed away on April 25, 2024. Mr. Mahon, son of the late Robert L. Mahon and Dolores “Dee” Schuettenberg, was born on October 18, 1961, in Washington. He received his education from Washington High School. On July 31, 1982, he was united in marriage to Terri Bridges in Washington.

Tim loved the outdoors, gardening and floating on the rivers of Missouri. He loved time with his wife, kids, and grandkids.  

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Among his survivors are his wife, Terri Mahon of Washington; three children, Joshua Mahon and wife Jenni of O’Fallon, MO, Jerusha Mahon of Edwardsville, IL, and Hunter Mahon of St. Louis; four siblings, Robert Mahon and wife Linda of Union, Kathleen Isaac of Los Angeles, CA, Michael Mahon and wife Alinda of Washington, and Mary Bieker and husband Dale of Washington; three grandchildren, Grady, Egan, and Bryna Mahon; other relatives and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, May 3, 2024, from 2-5 p.m. at Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home. Memorial donations can be made to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).
