Sandee D. Brown

Sandee Brown, 65, of Washington, passed away on January 30, 2026. Mrs. Brown, daughter of the late Kenneth Strubberg and Marcella nee Koester, was born on July 21, 1960, in Washington. She received her education from St. Francis Borgia High School. On October 20, 1984, she was united in marriage to Jeff Brown at the St. Francis Borgia Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Strubberg, brother, John Strubberg and mother-in-law, Penny Brown.

Among her survivors are her husband, Jeff Brown of Washington; two children, Katie Rendon and husband Jonathan of Aurora, CO and Jenn Brown and partner Nick Brobst of Jackson, TN; mother, Marcella Strubberg of Washington; sister, Brenda Brinker and husband Randy of Washington; father-in-law, Claude Brown of Washington; brothers and sisters-in-law, Kevin Brown of Washington, Rick Brown of Washington, Steve Brown and wife Becky of Washington, and Michelle Brown of St. Louis; nieces, nephews, loved ones, and friends.

A private family celebration will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for memorials to be sent to the Franklin County Humane Society or the Washington Public Library.
