Robert A. Hatfield

Robert (Bob) A. Hatfield, 69, of Union, passed away on February 21, 2026. Bob, son of the late Forrest Hatfield and Shirley nee Anderson, was born on December 3, 1956, in Normandy, MO. 

Bob was a mechanic, drag racer, and overall car aficionado. He loved motorcycles, antiques, watching the history channel, and the casino. His friends and family would remember him as risk-taking, intelligent, funny, and most of all, loving. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Roger L. Hatfield and sister, Karen Viviano.

Among his survivors are his children, Jessica Sadler and husband Paul, Roger A.J. Hatfield, Filmore Hatfield, and Orlando Hatfield; half-sister, Vicki Martin and husband Tim; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026, from 1-3 p.m. at Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home. Memorial donations can be made to the charity of choice.
