Richard H. Noelke,84, of Washington, passed away on December 14, 2025. Mr. Noelke, son of the late Theodore Noelke and Olivia nee Lamke, was born on August 14, 1941, in Washington. He received his education St. Francis Borgia High School and the Rolla School of Mines. On May 20, 1967, he was united in marriage to Patricia Brunner at the St Francis Borgia Church. Richard served his country in the Army National Guard.
Mr. Noelke was employed at various companies throughout his career, including McDonnell-Douglas, Zero Mfg., McQuay Norris-SKF, Maverick Tube, and Integram-St. Louis Seating. Rich was also a long standing member of the Zero Beaters Ham Radio Club.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Kathleen Baker and Mary Jane Hilke and husband Wilbert; nephew, Dean Brunner; niece, Sherry Noble, and brother-in-law, Wayne Brunner.
Among his survivors are his wife Patricia Noelke of Washington; daughter, Joyce Noelke of Union; sister, Anna Rose Calvin of New Haven; brother and sister-in-laws, Don Baker, Jerome Brunner and wife Carol, Lorraine Mueller and husband Charles, and Linda Brunner; nieces and nephews, David Calvin and wife Tina, Michelle Wissmann and husband Dave, Bridget Gildehaus and husband Dominic, Michael and Jeff Hilke, Julie Baker and significant other Justin Martin, Teresa Mosley and husband Jason, Mark Baker and wife Nicole, Sheila Hueghy and husband Robert, David Mueller, Christopher Mueller and wife Deborah, and Kevin Brunner and wife Lyn; other relatives and many friends.
A visitation will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025, from 9-11 a.m. at Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home, with a Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11 a.m. at the St. Francis Borgia Church. Interment will be in the St. Francis Borgia Cemetery. Memorial donations can be made to the St. Francis Borgia Church or School.
