Patrick C. Ferkel

Patrick C. Ferkel, 57 , of Washington, passed away on December 26, 2021. Patrick, son of the late Jack Ferkel and Mardell nee Rombach, was born on March 20, 1964 in Washington. He received his education from Washington High School, Ranken Technical College and L’Ecole Culinaire.  Patrick was employed by the Tilted Skillet in Washington.

He was preceded in death  by his parents and his cousin, Sandy Straatmann.

Among his survivors are his son, Lucas Harrison and his mother Tasha Harrison; siblings, Tim Ferkel and wife Vicky of Bonne Terre and  Brenda O’Brien of Washington; uncle and aunt, Bob and Joyce Rombach of Washington; Dale and Christine Cannon of St. Louis,  nephews and nieces, Bob Ferkel, Sonja Tapper, Jason Ferkel, Jonathan Ferkel, Erin O’Brien, Caity O’Brien, and Jakob O’Brien; other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held on Monday, January 3, 2022 from 4-8 p.m. at Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial donations can be made to the Lucas Harrison Education Fund.
