Melinda K. Smith

Melinda K. Smith, 55 , of New Haven, passed away on February 24, 2022. Melinda, daughter of Dale and Sandra Counts, was born on December 21, 1966 in Fredericktown, MO. On January 4, 2014 she was united in marriage to David Clines in New Haven.

She was preceded in death by her step son, Tyler Clines.

Among her survivors are her husband David Clines of New Haven; parents, Dale and Sandra Counts of Ironton; daughter, Abigayle Kay Smith of New Haven; siblings, Deborah Manion and husband Bryan of Park Hills and Charles Counts and wife Rebecca of Bismarck, MO; mother and father-in-law, Norma and Jim Clines of New Haven; stepsons, Jacob and Shane Clines;  in-laws, Paul Clines and wife Tina of New Haven and Kevin Clines and wife Tracey of New Haven; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, March 4, 2022 from 11-11:30 am at St. Paul’s Church in Gerald, with a memorial service beginning at 11:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the family of Melinda Smith.
