Matthew R. Marquart

Matthew R. Marquart, 28 , of Washington, passed away on December 18, 2020. Matthew, son of Chris Marquart and Peggy NEE Skinner, was born October 23, 1992 in Shreveport, LA. He received his education from Washington High School.

Matthew was preceded in death by his grandfather, Bob Marquart.

Among his survivors are his parents, Chris and Peggy Marquart of Washington; siblings, Heather Sugg and husband Sean Flottmann, Christopher Marquart, and Jordan Marquart; Grandparents, Bob and Bernice Skinner, and Mary Rose Marquart; aunts and uncles, Joan Wilkerson and husband John, Lori Koelling and husband Kevin, Bob Marquart and wife Lizzie, Rick Marquart and wife Karen,  and Bob Skinner Jr. and wife Beth; niece, Ava Flottmann; other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 from 4-7 P.M. at Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home. A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 10 A.M. at St. Francis Borgia Church. Interment will be private. Memorial donations can be made to Loaves and Fishes- United Methodist Church or the St. Francis Borgia Food Pantry.
