Linda S. Wellenkamp

Linda S. Wellenkamp, 67 , of Washington, passed away on February 6, 2021 in Washington. Linda, daughter of the late Melvin Hellebusch and his wife Mary Ann NEE Wunderlich, was born on February 9, 1953 in Washington. She received her education from St. Francis Borgia High School. On May 3, 1975, she was united in marriage to James Wellenkamp at the St. Francis Borgia Church. Linda was employed at Sporlan Valve for over 30 years, until her retirement.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Among her survivors are her husband, James Wellenkamp of Washington; two daughters, Shari Locher and husband Chris of Stony Hill and Nicole Schroeder and husband Corey of Washington; siblings, Mike Hellebusch and wife Sharon of Jonesburg, Sherry Hausmann and husband Steve of Washington, Nick Hellebusch and wife Maggie of Jonesburg, and Rick Hellebusch and wife Susan of Washington; grandchildren, Zachary, Grant, Morgan, Tyler, and Joey Schroeder; other relatives and friends.

A private visitation and Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at St. Gertrude’s Church, with interment in the Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the St. Gertrude’s School, St. Francis Borgia Regional High School, or the Diabetes Association.
