Kim Lapeyre Obituary

Kim Borcherding Lapeyre, 69 , of Washington, passed away on April 26, 2022. Kim, daughter of the late Alfred Borcherding and Erna nee Vohs, was born on July 11, 1952 in Washington. She was a graduate of New Haven High School, received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from University of Missouri Columbia, and a Master of Science Degree in Public Health from University of Texas Health Science Center Houston.

Kim was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Washington.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Erna Borcherding.

Among her survivors are three sons, Christopher Lapeyre of Fulton, Dr. Jonathan Lapeyre and fiance Brenda Cisneros of College Station, TX, and Ryan Lapeyre of Chicago, IL; two siblings, Brad Borcherding and wife Lolita of New Haven and Lisa Housson and husband Joe B. of Houston, TX; nephews and nieces, Jacob Housson and wife Lindsey, Tracy Kepp and husband Travis, Greg Cox and wife Jackie, and Elizabeth Jasper and husband Jeff; other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 from 3:30-6:00 p.m. at Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home, with a memorial service beginning at 6 p.m.
