Junior H. Foshe, 80, of Washington, passed away on October 5, 2023. Mr. Foshe, son of the late Leonard Foshe and Edna nee Goodin, was born on February 3, 1943, in Summersville, MO. He received his education from Summersville High School. On June 18, 1961, he was united in marriage to Betty Tune. After her passing, Junior married Mary Anne Feik on January 1, 2006, at First Christian Church in Washington.
Mr. Foshe loved to be on the go, especially golfing and fishing. Junior was a very devout Christian and served many years as an elder and fill-in minister for the Fenton Church of Christ. Junior and Mary Anne spent many winters in Texas, where they made many dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Betty Foshe; sister, Carolyn Foshe and grandson, Josh Mosbey.
Among his survivors are his wife, Mary Anne Foshe of Washington, children, Theresa Inman and husband Rick of Eureka, Ronald Foshe and wife Kim of St. Charles, and Vonda Wilson and husband Terry of St. Charles; step-daughters, Lisa Straatmann and husband Keith of Washington and Linda Saunders and husband Rusty of Washington; one brother, Bill Foshe and wife Kim of Springfield, MO; grandchildren, Ashley Merlatti and husband Ben, Alexis, Nick and friend Kayla, Arissa and fiance Sean, Jake and fiancé Ella, Joe, Jenna, and Jonathan; step-grandchildren, Nick, Lauren, Blake, Alicia, Evan, Andrew, and Kyla; great-grandchildren, Isabell, Alex, Trevor, Madelyn, Andrew, Landon, Lily, Emmett, Landrie, Sylvia, Mary, and Ettie; nieces, a nephew, and many friends.
A visitation will be held on Monday, October 9, 2023, from 4-7 p.m. at Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home, with a funeral service beginning at 7 p.m. Interment will be at the Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Louis. Memorial donations can be made to New Haven Hospice Care.
