Joseph Shipley

Joseph D. Shipley, 75, of Rolla, passed away on July 8, 2020. Mr. Shipley, son of the late Oscar Shipley and his wife Edna NEE Esslinger, was born August 7, 1944 in Washington. Joe was employed as a concrete finisher.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Donna McGowan Shipley; daughter, Shari Lynn Shipley and sister, Joan Shipley.

Among his survivors are his son, Chad Shipley and significant other Misty Nixon of New Haven; brother, John Shipley and wife Glenice of Edgar Springs, MO; grandchildren, Nile Trae Shipley, Taevyn Joseph Shipley, and Andrew Boughton; other relatives and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2020 from 10 A.M.- 1 P.M. at Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home with a memorial service beginning at 1 P.M. Memorial donations can be made to the family of Joseph Shipley.
