Harry "Danny" Strubberg

Harry D. “Danny” Strubberg, 74, of Washington, passed away on June 10, 2026.

Mr. Strubberg, son of the late Harry L. Strubberg and Mildred "Irene", nee Seamon, was born on February 24, 1952, in Washington. He received his education from St. Francis Borgia High School. On May 16, 1970, he was united in marriage to Carol St. Cin at St. Claire Catholic Church in St. Clair.

Danny loved spending time with his family, especially his wife Carol, who is the love of his life. He also enjoyed fishing and spending time tending to his yard and garden. He also liked watching politics on television while seldom agreeing with what they were doing and especially loved caring for his dogs, including his beloved “Bella.”

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Robert Strubberg Sr.; sister-in-law, Patricia Strubberg; brother-in-law, Kenneth “Chuck” Berkel, nephew, Robert Strubberg Jr. and parents in law, Edwin “Bud” St. Cin and wife Elsie.

Among his survivors are his wife Carol Strubberg of Washington; children, Athena Strubberg and fiance Richard Sikes of Washington, Tommy Strubberg and wife Melissa of Union, Casey Strubberg and wife Vinita of Marthasville, and Andy Strubberg and wife Alicia of Washington; sister, Linda Sullentrup and husband Earl of Washington; grandchildren, Tommy Strubberg Jr., Morgan Strubberg, Alexandria Bartlett, Andy Strubberg Jr., Joseph Strubberg, Saunie Strubberg, and Alex Ahner; sister-in-law, Diana Berkel; brother in laws Edwin St. Cin and wife Helen, Michael St. Cin and wife Angie;nieces, Lisa Hall and Megan Strubberg, and nephew, Dustin Sullentrup. Many other friends and family.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, from 9-10 a.m. at Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home, with a funeral service beginning at 10 a.m. Interment will be in the St. Francis Borgia Cemetery. Memorial donations can be made to the Strubberg family c/o Carol Strubberg.
