Harriet A. Boal

Harriet A. Boal, 85, of Washington, passed away on September 4, 2022 in Sullivan. Harriet, daughter of the late Harry Mohrlock and Edythe Myers, was born on October 18, 1936 in Washington. She received her education from Washington High School, graduating in 1954. Harriet worked for Mercy St. Louis in the Radiology Dept., from 1972-2002.

Mrs. Boal was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Washington. She also loved to volunteer her time at the Franklin County Humane Society.

Harriet was preceded in death by her parents, and her former husband, Edwin Boal.

Among her survivors are her daughter, Misha Sneddy and husband Kyle of Washington; granddaughter, Holly Ann Sneddy of Washington; other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held on Friday, September 9, 2022 from 10-11 a.m. at Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home, with the funeral service beginning at 11 a.m. Interment will be in the Presbyterian Cemetery in Washington. Memorial donations can be made to the Franklin County Humane Society.
