Douglas J. Bohle,63, of Washington, passed away on August 28, 2025. Mr. Bohle, son of the late Les Bohle and Arline nee Wunderlich, was born on August 23, 1962, in Washington. He received his education from St. Francis Borgia High School. On July 13, 1991, he was united in marriage to Lisa Bimschleger at the St. Francis Borgia Church.
Doug loved classic rock music and listening to K-She 95. He enjoyed hanging out with friends at the local social clubs, watching movies, and celebrating the 4th of July at the Lake of the Ozarks.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Lisa Bohle and mother and father-in-law, Betty and Carl Bimschleger.
Among his survivors are his children, Alex Bohle and wife Ashley of St. Louis, Ross Bohle of Washington, and Maria Bohle of St. Louis; siblings, Marti Desmond and husband John of Washington, Stan Bohle of Washington, and Dianne Richardson and husband Jim of Osage Beach, MO; granddaughter, Lyla Bohle; loved ones and many friends.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, from 4-7 p.m. at Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 a.m. on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 10 a.m. at St. Francis Borgia Church. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Memorial donations can be made to the American Heart Association
