Dolores Cramer Obituary

Dolores E. Cramer, 88 , of Washington, passed away on April 23, 2022. Dolores, daughter of the late Edward Patke and Agnes nee Schmidt, was born on February 27, 1934 in Villa Ridge. She received her education from St. John’s Gildehaus Grade School. On June 21, 1952, she was united in marriage to Victor Spaunhorst at St. John’s Gildehaus Church. After his passing, she married Harvey Cramer on January 7, 2006 at St. Ann’s Church in Clover Bottom.

Dolores loved spending time with all of her family. She also enjoyed going to many dances in the area.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Victor “Pete” Spaunhorst; daughter, Susan Spaunhorst; grandson, Nathan Spaunhorst and son-in-law, Melvin Feldmann.

Among her survivors are her husband, Harvey Cramer of Washington; children, Barbara Ann Feldmann of Washington, Michael Spaunhorst and wife Joleen of Washington, Debra Sue Sullentrup and husband Tom of Washington, Brenda Kay Jasper and husband Jim of Washington, and Vicki Lynn Logan and husband Kevin of New Haven; two step-children, Merlin Cramer and wife JoAnn of Hermann and Diana Cramer of Hermann; siblings, Anna Marie Niederholtmeyer of Washington, Rosalie Kluba of Washington, and Rita Bauer and husband Albert of Leslie; grandchildren, Steve Feldmann and wife Amanda, Derek Feldmann, Brian Feldmann and wife Emily, Matt Spaunhorst and wife Elizabeth, Laurie Buhr and husband Derek, David Spaunhorst, Tricia Holm and husband Seth, Mandy Koch and husband Jason, Jamie Gildehaus and husband Brad, Lucas Jasper, Alec Jasper, Christopher Jasper, Collin Jasper, Elizabeth Nemec and husband Andrew, and Corey Logan and wife Amanda; twenty one great-grandchildren; step-grandchildren, Craig and wife Chris Cramer, Tim Cramer and wife Becca, Billy Cramer, Mike Lamke and wife Ashley, Rose Wehmeyer and husband Gene, and Austin Cramer; eleven step-great-grandchildren, three step-great-great-grandchildren; In-laws, Harvey Jacquin and wife Leona of Washington and Jerome Spaunhorst and wife Ruth of Washington; loved ones and many friends.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 from 4-8 p.m. at Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at St. Ann’s Church in Clover Bottom. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Memorial donations can be made to the St. Ann’s Church, Cemetery, or Masses.
