Carol Wilkins

Carol Wilkins, 99, of Kansas City, passed away on December 31, 2020. Carol, daughter of the late Farris Mattox and his wife Zora NEE Nichols, was born November 16, 1921 in Hawamba County, MS.  On December 13, 1945, she was united in marriage to James G. Wilkins in Union.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband James G. Wilkins.

Among her survivors are two sons, James Wilkins and wife Connie of Parkville, MO and Thomas Wilkins and wife Jody of Kansas City, MO; grandson, Tom Wilkins and wife Carey of Parkville, MO; two great-grandchildren, Ella and Claire Wilkins; other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 11 A.M. at St. Peter’s Cemetery in Washington. Memorial donations can be made to the First United Methodist Church, 4349 St. Johns Rd.,Washington, MO 63090.
