Brian K. Null, 37, of St. Louis, formerly of Washington, passed away on February 25, 2024. Brian, son of Scott Null and Norma nee Shields, was born on November 12, 1986, in St. Louis.
Brian loved being around his friends and family… making people laugh…writing lyrics to songs… putting his headphones on and taking long walks and wrestling with his many nieces and nephews…
He was a selfless soul and would give his last dollar to help a stranger or do anything to help a friend or family member. Although he struggled through a lot of battles in his adult life, he would always make sure those around him were safe and taken care of.
Brian was a shy spirit and would keep out of any limelight most of the time until he would speak up with one sentence or one word and have the whole room laughing or thinking. It didn’t take much for him to lighten a mood and bring light to a sad situation…his light will be forever missed by everyone who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Thomas Null, grandmother, Fern Shields, and brother, John Paul Girard.
Among his survivors are his father, Scott Null and wife Darlene of Washington; Mother, Norma Null Shields of St. Louis; six siblings, Natasha Abrolat of Washington, Kyle Abrolat and significant other Macenzie Vaughn of Washington, Brooke Frisch and husband Tim of Pacific, Kirstie Null of Washington, Chris Null of St. Louis, and Gary Girard of Fredericktown, MO; two grandmothers, Sandra Torbett of Lake St. Louis and Marcella Abrolat of Marthasville; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2024, from 5-7 p.m. at Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home, with a memorial service beginning at 7 p.m. Memorial donations can be made to the Brian Null family.
