The visitation for Bonnie C. Hagedorn will be private. The Funeral Service at Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home on Thursday, March 19, 2020, at 1 pm will be limited to 50 people. For the well-being of the family and close friends in attendance, and community, we ask that those who are able watch the Service live at 1 pm via Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home’s Facebook page, www.facebook.com/NieburgVittMiller .  Thank you for your care and consideration during this difficult time; grieving without one’s community is all the harder, so please continue to reach out to one another in safe ways. Bonnie C. Hagedorn (nee Moore), 84, of Beaufort, passed away at home on Sunday, March 15, 2020. Bonnie was born on March 30, 1935, to the late Jim and Dorothy (nee Douthit) Moore in Cairo, Illinois and was united in marriage to the late Larry Hagedorn on October 9, 1953, at Sacred Heart Church, Eureka. Bonnie loved hummingbirds, crocheting, reading books, and camping. She cherished seeing family at gatherings and adored spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Bonnie is survived by five children, Kenneth L. Hagedorn and wife Shirley of Troy, Clinton E. Hagedorn of Washington, Barbara S. McCormack and husband Favol of Beaufort, Richard B. Hagedorn of Jefferson City, and Pamela J. Reed and husband Bobby of Washington; two sons-in-law, Chuck Chambers of Marthasville and Larry Shipley of Beaufort; one brother, Paul E. Moore and wife Bonnie of Paducah, Kentucky; eleven grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Hagedorn; parents, Jim and Dorothy Moore; four daughters, Linda, Shirley, Kim, and Connie; and seven siblings, Rose, Helen, Ruth Ann, John Franklin, Jerry, Violet, and Carlis.
