Bernadette Hoemann Obituary

 

Bernadette Hoemann, 56 , of Union, passed away May 18, 2020. Bernadette, daughter of the late Duvall Hoelscher and his wife Jerlean NEE Hellmann, was born September 21, 1963 in Washington. She received her education from Union High School. On August 28, 1982, she was united in marriage to Dennis Hoemann at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Washington. Bernadette was employed at WEG Transformers, formerly Pauwels in Washington.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dennis Hoemann Sr; son, Dennis Hoemann Jr. and brother, Dennis Hoelscher.

Among her survivors are three children, Amanda Schaller and husband Joe of Jefferson City, Mendy Freeman and husband Brandon of Sullivan, and Amber Hoemann of Union; sister, Annette Blunt and husband Dwayne of Wisconsin; seven grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 22, 2020 from 10 A.M. – 1 P.M. at Nieburg-Vitt,Miller Funeral Home, with the funeral service beginning at 1 P.M. on Friday. Interment will be in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Washington. Memorial donations can be made to Shriners Hospital.

 

*The visitation and funeral service will be open to the public. People that are attending will be asked to maintain a social distance of six feet. Seating may be limited, and people attending are welcome and encouraged to wear any type of protective face mask.
