Ashley R. Baker

Ashley R. Baker, 40, of Washington, passed away on May 19, 2026. Ashley, daughter of Michael Toebben and Beverly nee Miller, was born on August 16, 1985, in St. Charles. She received her education from Wentzville Holt High School. On April 22, 2017, she was united in marriage to Charles Baker in St. Charles.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Alvin and Mary Toebben and Tom and Gladys Miller.

Among her survivors are her parents, Mike and Beverly Toebben of Wentzille; husband, Chuck Baker of Washington; daughter, Haley Baker of Washington; siblings, Greg Toebben and wife Melissa of Wentzille, Michael Toebben of Wentzville, Chad Scronce of Troy, and Amy Boeker and husband Seth of Springfield, IL; brothers and sister-in-law, Roland Ries of Union and Brandy Frank and husband Eric of St. Charles; nieces, nephew, and many close friends.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, from 4-7 p.m. at Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home, with a service beginning at 7 p.m. Memorial donations can be made to the Haley Baker Education Fund.
