Thomas J. Hellmann

Thomas J. Hellmann, 54, of Washington, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2019. He was born on January 19, 1965, to the late Joseph and Rose Mary (nee Jasper) Hellmann. Tommy was a talented local drummer and a great friend to many people. He was a loving dad who especially loved spending time with his kids hunting and fishing.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2019, from 10 am until time of service at noon at Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home, 1206 Jefferson St., Washington, Missouri. Memorial donations to help with funeral costs are appreciated to the family.

Tommy is survived by three children, Renee Hellmann and fiancé Andrew Schwab of Springfield, Missouri, Todd Hellmann of Washington, and Leanne Hellmann of St. Louis; one sister, Mary Jo Hellmann of Washington; his nephew and Godson, Weston McDonald; other relatives and many friends.

Preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Rose Mary.
