Heather Neier

Heather Neier, 29, of Washington, passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2019. She was born on May 3, 1989, in Kansas City, Missouri to the late Timothy and Karol (nee Russell) Neier. Heather was a kind and generous person who always offered a helping hand to anyone in need. She never judged a person’s circumstances, and instead offered love and support. She loved her nieces and nephews and was loved and will be missed by many.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, at 10:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church of Neier. Interment will be private. Visitation will be on Monday, February 18, from 4 until 8 pm at Miller Funeral Home. Memorial donations towards expenses are appreciated.  Please wear bright colors as Heather would have liked.

Heather is survived by six siblings, Timothy Russell Neier of Washington, Jeremy Neier and husband Nathan of Sullivan, Nathan Neier of Union, Holly Holmes of Arizona, Briana Neier of Branson, and Melissa Neier of Union; her grandfather, James Neier of Washington; three nieces and nephews, Kinzey, Kain, Lainey Russell-Neier; other relatives; and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Adam Neier; and grandmother, Florene Neier.
