Dennis Hoemann Sr.

Dennis W. Hoemann Sr., 66 , of Union, passed away on September 8, 2019 in Washington. Dennis, son of the late Roy Hoemann and his wife Ruth NEE Breckenkamp, was born June 23, 1953 in Washington. On August 28, 1982, he was united in marriage to Bernadette Hoelscher at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Washington.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Dennis Hoemann Jr. and two sisters, Betty Daniels and Catherine Hoemann.

Among his survivors are his wife Bernadette Hoemann of Union; three children, Amanda Schaller and husband Joe of Jefferson City, Mendy Freeman and husband Brandon of Sullivan, and Amber Hoemann of Union; seven siblings, Bonnie Dixon and husband Tim of Gerald, Cathy Courtoise of Bethalto, IL, Larry Hoemann and wife Brenda of Marthasville, Sally Kreftmeyer and husband Henry of Union, David Hoemann and wife Peggy of Union, Teresa Selph of Jefferson City, and Mark Hoemann of Gerald; seven grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2019 from 10 A.M.-1 P.M. at Nieburg-Vitt,Miller Funeral Home, with the funeral service beginning at 1 P.M. Interment will be in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Washington. Memorials to the St. Louis Childrens Hospital.
